The role requires 2–3 years of field experience in civil construction and interiors for retail or clinical spaces.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR certification in Interior Design.
• 2–3 years of experience in civil construction and site execution.
• Experience in interiors related to retail outlets, clinics, or commercial spaces is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Management: oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works for new and existing clinic locations.
• Quality Control: ensure construction and fit-out activities meet quality standards and comply with local regulations.
• Schedule Adherence: monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion of clinics.
• Monitoring & Reporting: document and report project progress, material usage, and site issues to the expansion team.
• Resource Management: optimize use of labor, tools, and materials on site.
• Budget Oversight: track expenditures and provide input to keep projects within budget.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality, coordinating with central planning to resolve issues.
• Interior Fit-out Focus: manage interior design elements including furniture placement and branding for patient-friendly clinics.

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality execution and monitoring of Curebay eClinic construction and interior fit-out projects across Jharkhand. This hands-on role requires a blend of civil engineering knowledge and practical site management experience, ensuring all clinics are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere strictly to Curebay's brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Supervision:
• On-Site Management: Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground, overseeing all civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works for new and existing clinic locations.
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction and fit-out activities meet prescribed quality standards and comply with local regulations and engineering best practices.
• Schedule Adherence: Strictly monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion of clinics, minimizing delays and mitigating execution risks.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Progress Tracking: Regularly document and report on project progress, material consumption, and site issues to the central expansion team.
• Resource Management: Track and optimize the utilization of labor, tools, and materials on site.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor on-site expenditures and provide input for cost control to ensure projects remain within the allocated budget.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with local contractors, vendors, and material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of work. Act as a liaison between the site team and the central planning team to resolve technical and logistical challenges promptly.
• Interior Fit-out Focus: Oversee the interior design elements, including furniture placement, branding, and layout, with a special emphasis on retail outlet interiors to ensure a welcoming and professional patient environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR a certification in Interior Design.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of civil construction and site execution.
• Domain Expertise: Experience with interiors related to retail outlets, clinics, or commercial spaces is a significant advantage.
