Job summary

Purview Services in Delhi is seeking a security professional with expert vulnerability assessment skills. You will work with Tenable Security Center and Qualys to evaluate risks across cloud and on-premises environments, and communicate findings clearly.

The role requires understanding of CIS/NIST/OWASP frameworks and scripting exposure; you will collaborate with teams to drive high-quality security outcomes under pressure.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools, e.g. Tenable Security Center and Qualys.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player and collaborative worker.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud vulnerability assessment approaches i.e. Ali Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure.
• End to end vulnerability assessment processes.
• Network and Agent vulnerability scanning in a large environment.
• Industry frameworks and best practices: CIS Critical Security Controls, Threat Modelling, OWASP, NIST 800 Series.
• Operating systems, network protocols, and application development.
• Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g Python, C+, or PowerShell).
• High level of integrity and strong ethical values.
• Resilient and self driven, capable of informing and driving change and delivering high-quality outcomes, whilst often under pressure/ at pace.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability assessments using Tenable Security Center and Qualys.
• Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.
• Collaborate with team to drive security improvements.
• Apply industry frameworks and best practices (CIS Controls, Threat Modelling, OWASP, NIST).
• Assess networks and endpoints, including large environments.
• Understand operating systems, network protocols, and application development.
• Identify exposure to scripting or programming languages (Python, PowerShell).
• Maintain high integrity and ethical standards under pressure.
