Job summary

Purview Services in Lucknow is seeking a qualified cybersecurity professional to lead vulnerability assessment efforts across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will use Tenable and Qualys, assess AWS, Azure, and GCP, and run end-to-end vulnerability processes while communicating findings clearly to teams.

Candidates should bring scripting experience (Python/PowerShell) and a strong sense of integrity to deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based vulnerability assessments across multiple platforms.
• Experience in end-to-end vulnerability assessment processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Expert knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools including Tenable Security Center and Qualys.
• Experience with cloud vulnerability assessment on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• End-to-end vulnerability assessment processes across large environments.
• Strong communication; collaborate with stakeholders to remediate findings.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.

Role & responsibilities

Expert knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools e.g. Tenable Security Center, Qualys.

• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player and collaborative worker.
• Understanding of:
• One or more Cloud platforms and cloud vulnerability assessment approaches i.e. Ali Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure
• End to end vulnerability assessment processes.
• Network and Agent vulnerability scanning in a large environment.
• Industry frameworks and best practices: CIS Critical Security Controls, Threat Modelling, OWASP, NIST 800 Series.
• Operating systems, network protocols, and application development.
• Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g Python, C+, or PowerShell).
• High level of integrity and strong ethical values.
• Resilient and self driven, capable of informing and driving change and delivering high-quality outcomes, whilst often under pressure/ at pace.
