Job summary

Ericsson India is seeking a hands-on IT operations professional for MFS Operations. You will join a multinational team responsible for solution delivery, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

The role requires 2–6 (and often 4–8) years of relevant experience in Kubernetes-Linux environments, plus strong communication skills. Responsibilities include 24/7 shift support, on-site travel as needed, and end-to-end troubleshooting to address customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in IT or Computers is required.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Linux environments.
• Experience with network fundamentals and load balancers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work in multinational, multi-site teams; enable delivery and support.

The profile we are looking for is a Customer minded colleague, with a solid background in solution delivery, support, and operations.

You will work in all phases of the life cycle including patching, upgrade, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

What You Will Do

The candidate enjoys working in teams with ability to lead and work in a multinational, multi-site multi-functional teams/program set-up.

• Capable of being part of 24/7 shift roster support and to travel for job on-site when required.
• Additional we believe the candidate has good analytical and communication skills.
• High skills in oral and written English, Swedish language skills are an advantage.
• Support for new integrations and deployment as per Business requirement.

Azure and terraform will be a plus.
