Job summary

Ericsson India seeks an Implementation Manager to lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and rollout solutions for a designated area. You will plan service and material requirements to ensure efficient site implementation and verify configuration and integration of nodes/networks.

The role covers new deployments, upgrades, expansions and migrations. You will manage rollouts, track progress with customers and suppliers, ensure compliance with processes and safety

Qualifications

• BE / BTech - ECE / IT / CS preferred with PMP or Prince 2 or ITITL
• Years of experience: 12-15 Years

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate implementation scope and create a detailed time plan.
• Drive implementation improvements; define processes, quality, and instructions.
• Coordinate rollouts, manage work orders, and follow up on quality assurances.
• Monitor adherence to defined processes and latest guidelines.
• Oversee OHS KPI measurements and ensure continuous monitoring.
• Manage acceptance with customer, project manager, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers for accepted jobs.
• Plan workforce, align with contract, and control budget.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and on-site quality/OHS.
• Track hardware accountability for implementation.
• Coordinate rollout planning with management, customer and project manager.
• Ensure reporting flow and progress meetings with customers & suppliers.

Education

BE / BTech - ECE / IT / CS preferred with PMP or Prince 2 or ITITL

About This Opportunity

We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area.

The Implementation manager will also plan and monitor service and material requirements needed to secure an efficient implementation of Site, etc.

In this role, you will ensure work is carried out within the project requirements and expected to analyze, prepare, implement, complete test cases, and verify the configuration and integration of a node/network/system.

The scope could cover the scenarios of new nodes/network/system, upgrades, expansion (functionality & capacity) and migration.

What Will You Bring

• Organize and coordinate work with Define scope of implementation and create detailed time plan.
• Drive implementation improvements- Secure that processes, quality, and instructions etc. are well defined.
• You will organize and coordinate rollouts, Handle work orders and compensation, Plan and follow up of quality assurances.
• Need to monitor & ensure that the defined process & latest guidelines are adhered.
• OHS KPI measurements are in place and continuously measured.
• Manage acceptance procedures- Together with Customer and Project Manager agree on acceptance procedure
• Manage acceptance procedure towards suppliers too.
• Ensure timely release of payment to supplier for all the accepted jobs.
• Create implementation workforce Scope accordingly to contract plan.
• Follow-up cost in accordance to budget.
• Secure installation and commissioning/ Handle ASP staff/ Enforce quality and OHS assurance/ Lead and delegate site work.
• Ensure all the Hardware obtained on account of implementation is accounted.
• Organize and coordinate work in defining scope of implementation and create detailed time plan in agreement with A(SP) Management, Customer and Project Manager for the rollout
• Based on the rollout plan secure internal and external rollout capacity & perform coordination works in reporting
• Perform progress meeting, with Customer and Suppliers and secure progress reporting and information flow
• Drive implementation improvements to secure processes, WoW, instructions etc. are well defined and ensure that quality, E & OHS and Security KPI measurements are in place and continuously measured.
• Based on improvement possibilities drive changes and updates. Act on quality, E & OHS and Security issues, implement new WoW, processes, and instructions.
