You will mentor a small team of IT engineers while managing virtualization, secure networking, identity systems, developer platforms, and security infrastructure.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, secure design, and compliant operation to support our cybersecurity and product engineering teams.

Job Description

TheInfrastructure & Platform Lead will be responsible fordesigning, operating, and continuously improving SecNinjaz’sinternal infrastructure and IT environment.

Thisrole requires a hands-on technical leader capable of managing virtualization, secure networking, identity systems, developerplatforms, and security infrastructure while leading a small teamof IT engineers. The candidate will also mentor juniorinfrastructure engineers and help establish professionaloperational standards.

You willensure that our internal systems are secure, resilient,well-documented, professionally operated and compliant, formingthe backbone of our cybersecurity and product engineeringteams.

Candidates shoulddemonstrate strong understanding of secure infrastructure designand operational security practices.

Key Responsibilities
