Job summary

Koch is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst based in Mumbai, India, to join the IT Infrastructure Project Capability team. You will support global infrastructure projects while providing local IT support for India operations.

You will work closely with project managers and global teams, handle planning, testing, deployments, and maintain documentation to ensure timely delivery and reliable technology services across locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure environments with involvement in project delivery, implementation, or rollouts.
• Solid understanding of servers, operating systems, and networking fundamentals, with ability to apply this knowledge in project execution (deployments, migrations, upgrades).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and ability to work within structured project frameworks and methodologies.

Your Job

We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst. The role will be based in Mumbai, India. This position will be part of the IT Infrastructure Project Capability team, supporting global infrastructure initiatives while also providing local IT support for India operations.

What You Will Do

IT Infrastructure Project Support (Primary)

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of global infrastructure projects


• Execute assigned technical tasks within defined scope and timelines


• Support system testing, rollouts, and deployment activities


• Collaborate with project managers and global infrastructure teams


• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates


• Identify risks, dependencies, and elevate issues proactively

Local IT Support (India Operations)

• Provide hands‑on IT support for office and production environments in Mumbai, Savli, and Baroda


• Ensure availability and performance of workplace technologies (servers, network, end‑user devices, printers, shop‑floor systems)


• Support incident resolution and coordinate with Service Desk teams


• Assist in hardware setup, office moves, and system installations


• Conduct basic user training and promote self‑service solutions


• Identify recurring issues and support process improvements for local IT support

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience


• Experience in IT infrastructure environments with involvement in project delivery, implementation, or rollouts


• Solid understanding of servers, operating systems, and networking fundamentals, with the ability to apply this knowledge in project execution (deployments, migrations, upgrades)


• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and the ability to work within structured project frameworks and methodologies


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and documentation within project environments


• Ability to collaborate with global project teams, stakeholders, and project managers across time zones


• Comfortable working in a project delivery context with defined scope, milestones, and dependencies

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience supporting infrastructure project rollouts, testing, and go-live activities


• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS


• Familiarity with project and delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ticketing systems, documentation tools)

• Ability to identify risks early and elevate with proper context
