Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technology Operations / Virtual Infrastructure
• Experience in Virtual Desktop, VDI, DaaS, End User Computing, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Service Management
• Strong working knowledge of Citrix and major VDI platforms
• Experience translating operational data, incidents and service metrics into improvements and readiness plans
• Exposure to ITIL, PowerShell, automation, dashboards, service health, incident/problem management, change management

Responsibilities

• Translate operational data, incidents, and stakeholder requirements into service improvements, operational reporting, product requirements, and readiness plans
• Develop and maintain dashboards and service metrics for ongoing operational visibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and plan readiness for enterprise virtual infrastructure initiatives

Seeking an experienced Technology Operations / Virtual Infrastructure professional with 7+ years of experience in Virtual Desktop, VDI, DaaS, End User Computing, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Service Management. Strong working knowledge of Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Cloud PC, DaaS, WEM, VDA, Virtual Applications, Multisession Environments, Image Management, Profile Management, Session Reliability, Capacity, Monitoring, and Performance. Experience translating operational data, incidents, service metrics, and stakeholder requirements into service improvements, operational reporting, product requirements, and readiness plans. Exposure to ITIL, PowerShell, automation, dashboards, service health, incident/problem management, change management, and enterprise virtual infrastructure operations is highly preferred.
