Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai seeks an Infra Tech Support Practitioner to provide L1-L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both onsite and remotely. You will diagnose issues and deliver resolutions, following defined operating models and processes to ensure service stability and quality.

The role requires working closely with users/clients to identify root causes, monitor system performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams

• Experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewall policies and security rules.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security architectures, and threat prevention techniques.

• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and incident management systems.
