We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage our Employee Referral Program Operations, ensuring seamless referral experience, stakeholder satisfaction, SLA compliance, operational excellence, and employee engagement.

Position Overview

As an Employee Referral Program Lead in Infosys BPM Limited, you will own and drive the end-to-end referral ecosystem across the organization.

You will be responsible for managing referral operations, employee engagement initiatives, referral bonus governance, query resolution, reporting, process improvement, and team leadership while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Business stakeholders.

This role requires a strong operations mindset combined with people management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Referral Program Management

• Manage end-to-end Employee Referral Program operations.
• Review and govern referral submissions received from employees.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams on referral status updates.
• Ensure adherence to referral policy guidelines.
• Maintain referral governance, process compliance, and operational accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in referral program effectiveness.
• Monitor referral funnel metrics and conversion ratios.

Referral Bonus & Reward Processing

• Manage Employee Referral Bonus (ERB) operations.
• Validate referral eligibility as per company policies.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams for payout processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate bonus disbursement.
• Handle escalations related to referral incentives and rewards.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and payout records.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead and mentor a referral operations team.
• Allocate workloads and monitor team productivity.
• Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions.
• Coach team members on quality, compliance, and SLA adherence.
• Provide guidance on process improvements and issue resolution.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Team Leadership Experience Required

• Developing referral promotion strategies.
• Increasing participation and referral conversion rates.

Candidate must be willing to travel to any Delivery Center (DC) location across India as required to support referral program initiatives and organize RAP activities, including events, stalls, floor-walk campaigns, and other employee engagement or hiring support programs. Flexibility to travel on short notice is essential.
