You will partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, translate needs into requirements and user stories, and drive backlog prioritization

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization, and automation.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and strategic goals.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and adoption.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
• Drive backlog prioritization and release planning with engineering teams.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, solution workshops, and user acceptance testing.
• Build consensus across cross-functional teams and drive alignment on priorities.
• Measure product adoption, business impact, and return on investment.
• Continuously improve product capabilities through user feedback and analytics.
