Job description

1. AI & Digital Automation Strategy

• Smart Factory Integration: Formulate and execute Coptecs Industry 4.0 roadmap, integrating IIoT, sensor-based monitoring, and edge-computing devices across plant machinery.
• Predictive Maintenance: Deploy AI/ML-driven predictive models to monitor machine health,forecast equipment failures, and minimize unscheduled plant downtime.
• Quality & Process Automation: Implement AI-powered computer vision/optical inspection systems for real-time automated quality control on the assembly line.
• Workflow Automation (RPA): Identify repetitive manual tasks across supply chain,procurement, inventory management, and finance, deploying Robotic Process Automation(RPA) tools to boost efficiency.
• Generative AI & Decision Analytics: Explore and deploy enterprise-grade AI/GenAI tools forautomated documentation, intelligent data retrieval, and predictive demand planning.Role & responsibilities

2. Core IT Leadership & ERP Systems

• Define and articulate an IT strategy closely aligned with Coptecs growth goals, managing both CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Oversee the end-to-end management, customization, and seamless operation of the enterprise ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or local enterprise solutions).
• Bridge plant-floor hardware with enterprise applications, ensuring real-time integration between ERP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and SCADA controllers.

3. Infrastructure, Reliability & Cloud Architecture

• Ensure 99.9% availability of core server infrastructure, cloud networks (AWS/Azure/Private Cloud), and shop-floor communications.
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement, network infrastructure, software licensing, and specialized AI/automation service providers.

4. Data Governance, AI Ethics & Cybersecurity

• Establish strict data governance standards for collecting, cleaning, and storing factory data to train and sustain AI algorithms.
• Implement zero-trust security architecture across OT (Operational Technology) and IT environments to protect factory IoT networks from cyber threats.
• Maintain rigorous BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and Disaster Recovery protocols across multi-location facilities.
