Job summary

TM International Logistics seeks a seasoned technology leader to shape and execute the enterprise IT strategy across logistics, ports, and warehousing. You will drive digital transformation, architecture governance, and multi-cloud deployments to enable data-driven decisions.

You will lead SAP/ERP and enterprise applications, oversee security, governance, and risk, and manage a high-performing team across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive IT leadership and enterprise transformation experience.
• Proven track record in large-scale digital programmes across logistics or multi-location businesses.
• Strong exposure to SAP/ERP, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and system integration.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
• Drive digitalisation and process integration across logistics, ports, shipping, railways, inland transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing operations.
• Lead the implementation, integration, and governance of SAP/ERP, Microsoft 365, WMS, railway applications, port and maritime systems, customer and vendor portals, cloud platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Establish scalable enterprise architecture and ensure seamless integration between internal systems and external customer, vendor, partner, and regulatory platforms.
• Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows.
• Develop enterprise analytics platforms, management dashboards, and data-driven decision-support systems.
• Lead infrastructure modernisation across cloud, hybrid-cloud, networks, communication systems, end-user computing, and geographically dispersed operating locations.
• Define and implement enterprise cybersecurity, information security, data privacy, incident response, and resilience frameworks.
• Strengthen data governance, data quality, ownership, accessibility, security, and enterprise reporting capabilities.
• Establish robust disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks, including periodic testing and resilience assessments.
• Manage IT governance, technology risks, audits, regulatory compliance, software licences, and closure of control gaps.
• Manage IT budgets, technology investments, business cases, vendor relationships, commercial negotiations, service-level agreements, and cost optimisation.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team and drive organisation-wide change management, user adoption, innovation, and continuous learning.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Qualification from a premier Tier I or Tier II institution will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of progressive IT experience, with significant experience in technology leadership and enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise technology programmes.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, ports, warehousing, manufacturing, infrastructure, or another complex multi-location business environment.
• Strong exposure to SAP/ERP, cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, system integration, and technology infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in AI, automation, analytics, cybersecurity, data governance, and infrastructure modernisation.
• Experience in managing technology budgets, vendors, implementation partners, audits, risks, and multidisciplinary IT teams.
