ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad and Chennai is seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC MDM Engineer to lead design, development, and support of enterprise‑scale MDM solutions in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of hands‑on Informatica MDM/IDMC experience, CDI, CAI, REF360, and strong data integration skills. You will deliver complex enhancements, integrations, and 24x7 support when required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Informatica MDM/IDMC.
• Strong expertise in Informatica SaaS MDM, CDI, CAI, REF360.
• Experience with databases and data integration.
• Hands‑on with On‑Prem Informatica tooling (IDQ, MDM).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex enhancements.
• Collaborate with analysts, customers, partners, and IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide technical support including releases, on‑call, and 24x7 support when required.
• Communicate with stakeholders, conduct technical walkthroughs, report status.
• Configure core Informatica MDM Hub components (Hub Console/Store/Server).
• Work with Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework and BES.
• Perform data profiling across heterogeneous sources.
• Design Customer 360 enhancements using IDMC.
• Develop business process workflows using CAI.
• Integrate data with D&B, ERP, and SFDC applications.
• Ensure SaaS MDM code quality and performance.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in IDMC MDM, CDI, CAI, REF360, and SaaS MDM, with proven ability to deliver complex enhancements, integrations, and production support in hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, customers, partners, and IT teams to define and deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Provide technical support including release implementations, on‑call, and 24x7 support when required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conduct technical walkthroughs, and report project status.
• Configure core Informatica MDM Hub components (Hub Console, Hub Store, Hub Server, Cleanse/Match Server, Cleanse Adaptor).
• Work with Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework (SIF) and Business Entity Services (BES).
• Perform data profiling across heterogeneous sources (basic profiling, join profiling).
• Design and build Customer 360 enhancements using IDMC.
• Develop business process workflows using CAI.
• Integrate data with D&B, ERP, and SFDC applications.
• Ensure SaaS MDM code quality, performance optimization, and compliance with standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Informatica MDM/IDMC.
