Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Informatica Senior MDM Lead in Noida to head design, development, and deployment of enterprise MDM solutions. The role requires expert hands-on MDM skills, strong SQL/PL/SQL and Python capabilities, and proven leadership to mentor a technical team.

Qualifications

• 7 to 11 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Informatica MDM experience.
• Experience in Customer 360, Product 360, or Multi-Domain MDM implementations.
• Strong experience in database development using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience leading teams and handling client/stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions.
• Manage and mentor MDM developers and technical team members.
• Configure MDM data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and data quality processes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Design and develop Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Utilize Python for automation, scripting, and data-processing activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver business requirements.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure data quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Participate in solution design reviews and technical discussions.
