Job summary

Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Informatica Lead to guide data integration and warehousing initiatives. You will lead delivery, design workflows, and mentor teammates in Informatica best practices.

The role requires hands-on skills with IICS, MFT, DX, and DT modules, plus strong SQL expertise for RDBMS. This position is based in Faridabad with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days from home) and immediate joining flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Informatica projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Informatica MDM, ETL design and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with IICS, workflows, and data transformations.
• Hybrid work model with 3 days at office and 2 days work-from-home in Faridabad.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver Informatica.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
• Prepare detailed design documents for data migration.
• Configure, build and unit test Informatica components (data structures, roles, workflows, and portals).
• Train and mentor colleagues in Informatica best practices.
• Support integration, system and user acceptance testing.
• Profile & analyze source data usage using ETL tools.
• Automate jobs, scheduling, dependencies, and monitoring.
• Configure transformation rules in ETL and data pipelines using IICS.
• Hands-on experience in Informatica MFT, Data Exchange (DX), and Data Transform (DT).
• Ability to integrate using adapters (MLLP, SOAP, REST, SFTP, ODBC).
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers for RDBMS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration and management, with expertise in Informatica tools to design, develop, and implement data warehousing solutions. As an Informatica Lead, you will be responsible for leading data integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective use of resources to achieve project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver Informatica.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.

• Accountable for the Master Data Management, Technical Architecture, providing data modeling solutions and recommendations.
• Profile & Analyze Source Data usage using ETL tool.
• Automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring.
• Configure/Script Business rules and transformation rules in ETL
• Data pipeline using IICS
• Hands on experience in Informatica MFT, Data Exchange (DX),and Data Transform (DT) modules
• Integration experience using various adapters (MLLP, SOAP, REST, SFTP, ODBC) will be essential.
• Strong knowledge and experience with developing complex SQL Queries, stored procedures, and triggers for RDBMS systems.
• Experience in administering, supporting, and performance tuning using Informatica.
