Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of complex application enhancements with high quality and minimal defects.
• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners and IT to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical support including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 support when needed.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with critical, hands‑on expertise in Informatica technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency across the Informatica suite, including Informatica IDMC, Informatica SaaS MDM, Informatica CDI & CAI, and Informatica REF360. Strong familiarity with on‑premise Informatica tools such as IDQ, MDM is also essential. This role specifically requires proven experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices, including direct involvement in MDM match rule development and effective engagement with data owners/stewards on data quality initiatives. Your expertise in these areas is crucial to achieving the strategic objectives of this position.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Takes a lead in analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing more complex application enhancements, as well as providing general production support, meeting defined scopes, target dates with minimal or no defects.
• Takes a lead in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Concentrate on providing innovative solutions to more complex business needs.
• Takes a lead role in providing required technical support, including release implementations, on‑call and 24x7 supports when necessary.
• Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting more complex technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in configurations of core Informatica MDM Hub components such as Hub console, Hub Store, Hub Server, Cleanse/Match Server and Cleanse Adaptor • Utilizes and participates in the more complex full system development life cycle, per current Highmark SDLC standards.
• Hands‑on experience with Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework (SIF) and Informatica Business Entity Services (BES)
• Build profile on heterogenous data sources Basic profiling, join data profiling
• Independently designs and builds Informatica MDM Customer 360 enhancement solutions as per business requirements using IDMC.
• Design and build business process workflows using CAI.
• Design and build data integrations with D&B and downstream system like ERP and SFDC applications.
• Ensures Informatica MDM SaaS application code quality, processes, and performance optimization.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
