Job summary

BuildxPartners seeks an experienced Informatica Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise data warehouse solutions using Informatica Cloud and PowerCenter in a fast-growing IT products and services environment based in Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate will excel in SQL development, data modelling, secure data design for regulated settings, and delivering end-to-end DW projects within ITIL and Agile frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on Informatica experience.
• Experience with data warehousing in regulated environments.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy Informatica Cloud/PowerCenter solutions.
• Develop advanced SQL queries and data models.
• Design enterprise data warehouse architectures.
• Ensure data security and access controls.
• Collaborate across sources (CSV/XML/JSON/APIs).
• Lead end-to-end DW projects to Go Live and support.
• Use GitHub/Azure DevOps for version control.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise data warehouse and integration solutions using Informatica Cloud / Informatica PowerCenter.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL development, data modelling, secure data design, and hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end data warehouse implementations in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and administer Informatica Cloud / Informatica PowerCenter solutions.
• Develop advanced SQL queries, schemas, databases, and views.
• Design and implement enterprise‑grade data models and data warehouse architectures.
• Ensure compliance with data security and protection standards.
• Implement secure data access controls (user, schema, row‑level, column‑level security).
• Work with multiple data sources (CSV, XML, JSON, APIs, SQL databases).
• Perform data cleansing and implement data quality processes.
• Lead or contribute to end‑to‑end DW projects from design to Go Live and ongoing support.
• Use GitHub / Azure DevOps for version control.
• Develop and troubleshoot Linux/Unix shell scripts.
• Operate within ITIL frameworks (incident, change, release management).
• Work in Agile/SCRUM‑based project environments.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Informatica (Cloud / PowerCenter).
