Qualifications

• Proficient in Informatica PowerCenter 9.x/10.x and IICS
• ETL design, development, and deployment responsibilities
• Experience with workflow and mapping development and performance tuning
• Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills and data warehouse concepts
• Experience with version control and deployment practices (Git/SVN, CI/CD)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IICS.
• Analyze source systems and translate business requirements into technical ETL specs.
• Build and maintain complex mappings, workflows, sessions, reusable transformations, and parameterized jobs.
• Develop data movement and transformation solutions for enterprise data warehouse initiatives.
• Implement data quality, validation, reconciliation, and auditing frameworks.
• Optimize ETL performance through tuning, partitioning, pushdown optimization, and SQL tuning.
• Work with large-scale data volumes and ensure efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with DBAs, architects, BA, and reporting teams.
• Perform impact analysis and support production deployments.
• Investigate and resolve ETL failures and data integrity issues.
• Create and maintain design docs, deployment guides, and runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Participate in estimation, planning, and release activities.
