Job description

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Informatica platforms including PowerCenter, PowerExchange, and IDMC across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
• Monitor platform utilization, bandwidth, server performance, storage usage, and workflow execution to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze workload patterns and infrastructure metrics to recommend capacity adjustments and optimal hosting configurations.
• Design and maintain disaster recovery solutions and support transactional replication across data center environments.
• Collaborate with database administrators to maintain database performance, integrity, security controls, and reliable recovery procedures.
• Investigate and resolve performance issues impacting data warehouse pipelines and enterprise data integration processes.
• Manage production incidents, service requests, and operational updates through ServiceNow while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
• Support deployment activities, change management processes, and rollback planning while participating in CAB reviews and production release coordination.
• Provide operational reporting, root cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication including service reviews, escalation management, and status updates.
