Emergent seeks an Influencer Marketing Specialist in Bangalore to scale creator-led growth across global markets. You will own influencer campaigns from discovery to payments, coordinating negotiations, onboarding, briefs, approvals, and launches while ensuring real use cases are showcased.

You will build and manage a diverse creator network across AI, tech, founders, finance, and SMB audiences, tracking performance and ROI across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience.
• Experience managing creator relationships and campaigns end to end.
• Comfortable working with international creators and managing multiple campaigns independently.
• Strong execution, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The Role :-

Were looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale creator-led growth across global markets. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where youll own influencer campaigns for assigned geographies, from creator discovery and negotiations to execution, performance, and payments.

What Youll Do :-

• Source and manage creators across the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and Oceania.

• Build a diverse creator network across AI, tech, founders, finance, and SMB audiences.

• Own outreach, negotiations, creator onboarding, briefs, content approvals, and campaign launches.

Who You Are :-

• 2-4 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience. Freshers will not be considered.

• Experience managing creator relationships and campaigns end to end.

• Comfortable working with international creators and managing multiple campaigns independently.

• Strong execution, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Focused on measurable business outcomes, not just views and engagement.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with large brands or directly with brands and influencers.

• Existing international creator networks or experience managing campaigns at scale.

• Exposure to AI, SaaS, developer tools, or no-code platforms.

• Familiarity with attribution tools, UTMs, and performance dashboards.

• Not driven by vanity metrics like views or likes.

• Not a coordination or support role.

• Not slow, approval-heavy, or agency-style marketing.

Working Expectations

• Full-time, work-from-office role based in Bangalore.

• Typical working days of 9-10 hours, depending on campaign needs.

• End-to-end ownership of your geography, campaign timelines, and results.
