Job summary

Masai seeks an experienced Analytics Industry Mentor to coach learners in Data Analytics and AI. You will mentor, review projects, and prepare learners for industry roles, with Tamil as a primary communication medium. Remote, across India, part-time engagement.

You'll guide on Excel, SQL, Python/R, statistics, and dashboards, and collaborate with curriculum teams to uplift practical assignments and projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and data manipulation.
• Practical experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistics, EDA, data wrangling, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python visualization libraries.
• Practical experience working on real-world analytics projects.
• Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, training, or technical coaching.
• Strong spoken Tamil communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex analytics concepts in a simple, practical, and structured manner.

• Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and project reviews to prepare learners for industry opportunities.
• Guide learners in building effective dashboards and communicating data-driven insights.
• Help learners understand industry practices, tools, workflows, and expectations for analytics roles.
• Collaborate with curriculum and product teams to improve course content, projects, and practical assignments.
• Track learner progress and maintain mentorship records.
• Identify learner challenges and work with relevant teams to resolve blockers.
