Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on AI/ML industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and guide learners effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct live mentoring sessions and technical office hours in Tamil, covering core AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Review learners' code, notebooks, and capstone projects and provide actionable technical feedback.
• Guide learners on model selection, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and project reviews to prepare learners for industry opportunities.
• Help learners understand real‑world AI/ML engineering practices and production considerations.
• Collaborate with curriculum and product teams to improve course content and practical assignments.
• Track learner progress and maintain mentorship records.
• Identify learner challenges and work with the relevant teams to resolve blockers.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands‑on experience with Python for AI/ML workflows.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of Scikit‑learn and ML model evaluation.
• Practical experience with AI/ML projects and deployment.
• Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, training, or technical coaching.
