Job summary

Masai School, in academic collaboration with a premier institute, is seeking a Teaching Assistant for Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (Tamil) to support online learners.

You will conduct doubt-solving sessions in Tamil, help with Python coding, data preprocessing, ML model evaluation, and mentor students on practical projects, all on a fully remote basis with a 6–8 hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• Strong Python programming skills
• Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation metrics, basics of deep learning
• Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn and TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, training, or academic support
• Strong spoken Tamil with ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Doubt Resolution

• Conduct weekly doubt-solving and tutorial sessions in Tamil.

Technical & Academic Support

Project & Industry Support

• Help learners apply AI/ML concepts through practical projects.

• Support learners in understanding model performance and improvement techniques.

Learner Engagement

• Provide regular feedback and guidance to learners.

Candidate Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Good understanding of:

  • Basics of deep learning
