You’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless industrialisation of maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, driving efficiency and safety across our repair centres in India. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Maintenance Performance Centre, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams), lead the development of industrial deliverables, and validate processes in the field, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and compliance standards.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and implementing methods, processes, and tools for high‑quality overhaul operations, but also lead the business case for make‑or‑buy strategies and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
