Job summary

UPL Limited is seeking an Industrial Trainee for Financial Modelling & Project Evaluation in Real Estate. You will build and maintain financial models, evaluate feasibility using IRR, NPV, and profitability metrics, and support budgeting and investment appraisal.

The role involves market research, financial analysis for new development opportunities, and assisting in MIS, forecasting, and presentations. CA Inter required with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in real estate finance.

Qualifications
