Job summary

Retailez in Kolkata seeks a finance analyst to provide financial insights and projections for decision-making. You will partner with finance and commercial teams on metrics and business reviews, diving into data to offer additional insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

Role requires CA Intermediate with Finals due Nov 2025 or later and 2+ years of articleship experience with Big 4 preferred. Based in Kolkata with occasional travel as needed.

• Partnerdirectly with the finance and commercial teams to collaborate on metrics,goals, and business reviews.
• Divedeeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provideadditional insights.
• Identifyand research variances to aid in forecasting & budgeting, proactivelyidentifying opportunities for improvement.
• Performad-hoc data analysis tasks as directed by supervisor(s).
• Createpresentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required actionitems, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
  

Requirements

Skills :

• Generalknowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
• Shouldbe well-versed in using the big data and maximize process automation fordata analysis accordingly.
• Experiencedeveloping financial reports and metrics
• Interpersonaland communication skills with the ability to interact with variousmanagement levels
• Abilityto manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• StrongExcel, Word, and PowerPoint skills (Power BI/Qlik Sense is)

Requirements:

• ClearedIntermediate level CA (both groups) with CA Finals due in November 2025or later and eligible for Industrial Training
