Responsibilities

• Assist in financial statements preparation and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in handing of Statutory Audits, Internal audits, Risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Assist in updating RACM, IFC audit for group entities.
• Support in variance analysis and MIS reporting.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams and statutory auditors as required.
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory standards applicable to listed companies.
