Job summary

Redington Limited in Chennai seeks a CA Industrial Trainee for the Internal Audit team. This twelve-month articleship offers exposure to global IA practices and hands-on work with risk-based auditing.

You will gain experience in applying IPPF frameworks, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decisions within an MNC environment.

Qualifications

• CA students with prior experience in Internal Audit from a CA firm (preferably with Big 4s and other MNC firms)
• Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and eagerness to learn
• Passionate about interpreting numbers, building insights, and supporting strategic decisions
• Proficiency with MS Excel and good Communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in core Internal Audit tasks and assignments under supervision
• Understand risk-based audit approach and audit lifecycle in a multinational context
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI and KNIME to analyze large datasets
• Contribute to insights that inform management decisions and process improvements

Duration: As per ICAI guidelines (minimum 12 months of articleship)
