Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Industrial Trainees (ICAI) who are passionate about finance, accounting, and business processes. This opportunity is ideal for CA Intermediate students who have completed the required articleship period and are eligible to undergo Industrial Training as per ICAI regulations. The role offers hands‑on exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and business operations in a fast‑paced organization.

• 1. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• 2. Support the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
• 3. Participate in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and management presentations.
• 4. Assist in account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger reviews.
• 5. Support statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• 6. Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance processes.
• 7. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
• 8. Support ERP-based accounting and finance operations.
• 9. Assist in process improvement initiatives, internal controls, and documentation.
• 10.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
• 11.Learn and adopt best practices in corporate finance, accounting, and governance.

Qualification

• 1. CA Intermediate student registered with ICAI.
• 2. Eligible to undergo Industrial Training under ICAI regulations.
• 3. Articleship completed as per ICAI eligibility requirements.
• 4. Strong academic record with a keen interest in corporate finance and accounting.

Key Skills

• 1. Good understanding of Accounting Standards, Financial Accounting
• 2. Basic knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• 3. Familiarity with financial statement preparation and account reconciliation.
• 4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 5. Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage.
• 6. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• 7. Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• 8. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic business environment.
• 9. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional ethics.
