Job summary

Zetwerk in Bengaluru is seeking a CA/CMA Industrial Trainee to join the Finance team and gain hands-on exposure to FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis. You will support management reporting, performance tracking, variance analysis, and informed decision-making while building practical industry experience.

Work with cross-functional finance and business teams on month-end close, financial modelling, and process improvements to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA students eligible for Industrial Training, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a keen interest in FP&A / Business Finance.

The role will involve working closely with finance and business teams to support management reporting, performance tracking, variance analysis, and decision‑making while developing practical industry experience.

• Monthly MIS and management reporting
• P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis
• Variance and profitability analysis
