Job summary

• Raise requests for machinery, folders and attachments one month before from CMD.
• Efficiency incentive drive.
• Install kaizens on every line and train juniors. Review kaizen implementation and update CIE 17. team of the same.
• Share time study of all styles to CIE team and other factories.
• Initiating training for workers and staff.
