- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods
- Conduct time and motion studies and line balancing
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production
- Optimize plant layout and workflow for better efficiency
- Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process setup
