Job summary

Production Modeling Corp. invites an Industrial Engineer to work on client sites in Pune or Nagpur. This full-time role requires travel for data collection, observations, and implementation of IE techniques.

The candidate will estimate work content, perform time studies, and support productivity improvements, while coordinating with operators and engineers. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMTS techniques (MOST/MODAPTS/MTM) or equivalent.
• Ability to estimate work content for direct and indirect areas.
• Experience on project sites with data collection and field observations.
• Knowledge of layout concepts and line balancing for multi-model lines.

Responsibilities

• Estimate work content using PMTS, time study, work sampling, or production study.
• Apply IE techniques such as line balancing, man-machine chart, VA/NVA analysis.
• Calculate lead time and manpower; understand layouts and productivity.
• Support data management and contribute to productivity improvements.

Job profile involve consulting in industrial engineering, knowledge of industrial engineering techniques, understanding various industry processes & interaction with various industry experts, manpower management, data management, punctuality, etc. direct & indirect area work content measurement & manpower calculation using industrial engineering technique.

Job Requirements

1. Working on project sites (Involve travelling & staying onsite for data collection)
2. Video shooting / observations
3. Estimation using PMTS technique & analysis using IE techniques
4. Layout & scope understanding
5. Ideas to generate productivity improvement
6. Training to operators / officers on IE technique (Preferable)
7. Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, power point, etc.)
8. Should be relocate in Nagpur/Pune
