Responsibilities

• Awareness about Installation & Commissioning of assets.
• Layout preparation, modification & periodic updates in AutoCAD.
• Preparedness for Productivity improvement projects implementation.
• Awareness about Industry 4.0 with latest automation tools & techniques.
• Basic knowledge of EHS, work permits, SOPs & HIRA.

Job Description:

• Candidate must posses Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Must have in depth knowledge about various tools & Techniques used in Lean Manufacturing systems.
• Must have hands on experience in MOST & Basic MOST certification is preferred.
• Must have knowledge in preparation of RFQ, Technical discussion with vendor & awareness about Installation & Commissioning of assets.
• Must have hands on experience in Layout preparation, Modification & periodic updation in software such as AutoCAD.
• Preference will be given if availed any certification in Lean Manufacturing.
• Must have knowledge about Workstation arrangement & Ergonomic study.
• Must have implemented Productivity improvement projects.
• Must posses awareness about Industry Manufacturing 4.0 with latest automation tools & Techniques.
• Must have basic knowledge of EHS regards to work permit, SOP & HIRA.
• Must have adequate knowledge about Tools & Fixtures.
