Job summary

Indsec Securities and Finance Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Vice President to lead Institutional Equities Research & Sales, leveraging a deep network and a proven track record in stockbroking.

You will head a team of 4-5 analysts and 2-3 sales traders, drive equity research, IC reports, quarterly updates, and client presentations, and grow wallet share with empanelments.

This role offers strong performance incentives and a balance between strategic leadership and hands-on market engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Institutional Research and Sales experience.
• Strong Industry Network and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 analysts and 2-3 sales traders in conducting routine equity research and sales activities.
• Drive IC reports, quarterly updates and company management meetings for clients.
• Pitch for new empanelments and service existing ones to grow wallet share.
• Engage with local Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds and Treasuries.
• Report directly to the MD & CEO and align with strategic goals.

Role & Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the stockbroking industry to lead our research and sales team.
• An individual with an entrepreneurial mindset wanting to maximize returns from his/her network will flourish in the role.
• The candidate will report directly to the MD & CEO
• Lead a team of 4-5 analysts and 2-3 sales traders in conducting routine equity research and sales activities such as IC reports, quarterly updates, company management meetings, client presentations etc.
