Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a Senior Associate for Loan Operations (US Shift) to manage Deal Closing, Servicing and Trading activities in Gurgaon. You will handle LC updates, fees, and BAU processing while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires 6-10 years of experience in Loan Operations, strong communication, and proficiency in Loan IQ and MS Excel. Flexible with work hours and closely coordinating with client teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Loan Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of Syndicated Loan Operations, Agency/Participant loan servicing, and deal booking.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio of Syndicated and Direct deals for Loan Servicing (Agency, Participant, Bi-lateral)
• Deal Closing and Amendments booking in Loan IQ
• Loan Trading settlements on effective date
• Letter of Credit update and reconcile/book fees Processing BAU transactions and assist Team Members with the complex transactions
• Held refreshers to expend knowledge of team members
• Share best practices with team and client to improve work quality
• Manage regular reporting (Internal and External)
• Timely respond to all the requests and Escalate items to management when needed
• Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including compliance documentation
• Maintaining strong relationship with the client

• Location: Gurgaon (work from office)
• Work hours: 5:30 PM-2:30 AM (US Shift, Employees need to be flexible with work hours in case there are any future changes from the client)

Job Purpose

The individual will perform Loan Operations Deal Closing, Loan Servicing, Loan Trading, Letter of Credit etc.
