Job summary

Artech L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations professional to join the global operations team and support APAC payroll execution, including Indian payroll processing.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and robust analytical capabilities. Ideal candidates will have exposure to multinational payroll operations and payroll ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM), along with a focus on process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end APAC payrolls and Indian payroll processing.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, regional payroll teams and external vendors.
• Maintain SOPs, process docs and knowledge repositories.
• Prepare operational metrics and dashboards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Support change initiatives with technology/vendor teams.
• Validate payroll data, workflows, controls and exceptions.
• Investigate and reconcile payroll variances.

• Experience with HRIS, Time & Attendance and GL integrations
• Knowledge of SOX/ICFR and audit controls
• Manage accurate and timely end-to-end APAC payroll, Indian Payroll processing.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, regional payroll teams and external vendors.

• Prepare operational metrics and dashboards.
