Job summary

Artech in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on India Payroll professional with deep experience handling payroll for Tier 1/2 clients. You will manage EPFO/PF, F&F settlements, and statutory compliance while delivering precise payroll validation and MIS reporting.

Exposure to Workday, SAP, ADP GlobalView, and ERP payroll systems is required. This role targets Hyderabad-based operations with a budget capped at 7.5 LPA.

Qualifications

• Strong India payroll processing experience for Tier 1/2 clients.
• Hands-on with EPFO/PF compliance and statutory filings.
• Experience with PT, ESIC, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Payroll validation, reconciliation & MIS reporting.
• Experience handling payroll for Tier 1/2 clients and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end India payroll operations for assigned clients.
• Ensure accurate statutory compliance and F&F settlements.
• Perform payroll validation and reconciliations; generate MIS reports.
• Coordinate with HR and client teams to resolve payroll issues.
