Job summary

ProcDNA in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Patient Analytics team. You will work on patient journey analytics across indications, shaping insights from claims, EMR, and other sources.

You'll lead discussions with clients, develop robust datasets, and translate complex data into actionable narratives for brand strategy, access, and medical teams. Strong SQL, Python, and storytelling skills are essential in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2.5 years of patient-level analytics experience across indications or lifecycle stages.
• Strong SQL skills; Python experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to present data-driven narratives.
• Experience with longitudinal datasets (claims, EMR).
• Excellent communication and ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

What we are looking for

Are you passionate about uncovering insights from patient-level data to shape better outcomes in life sciences? At ProcDNA, we’re growing our Patient Analytics Team and are looking for a Senior Analyst with 1.5–2.5 years of hands-on experience in patient journey analytics within thepharma space

What you'll do

• Lead client discussions and deliver customanalytics solutions around patient journeymapping, treatment progression, and behaviorsegmentation.
• Develop and validate patient-level datasets byintegrating claims, EMR, and specialtypharmacy data
• Translate complex data into actionable insightsto support brand, access, and medicalstrategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including commercial, market access, andfield operations
• Contribute to building internal accelerators forcohort identification, line-of-therapy analytics,and patient journey visualization

Must Haves:

• 1.5–2.5 years of experience in patient-levelanalytics across indications, brands, or lifecycle stages
• Strong analytical and SQL skills; experiencewith Python is a plus.
