Job summary

ProcDNA in Gurugram is seeking a Sr. Analyst to translate complex healthcare data into actionable strategic insights that drive client outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with clients to model data, perform statistical analyses, and deliver analytics solutions using Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx, while communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders across projects.

Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global firm are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 1.5+ years analytics experience.
• Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and segmentation.
• Experience analyzing large datasets to derive insights and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders with quality mindset.
• Identify reporting needs and improvements.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with minimal direction.

• Ability to work on and manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders, with a quality mindset
• Able to understand, identify, and recommend reporting needs and improvements.
• Deep understanding of their Industry, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with minimal direction.
