Senior Analyst – Patient Analytics
We are seeking a Senior Analyst with 1.5–2.5 years of experience in patient-level analytics within the pharma space. This role focuses on uncovering insights from patient-level data to shape better outcomes in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions and deliver custom analytics solutions around patient journey mapping, treatment progression, and behavior segmentation.
• Develop and validate patient-level datasets by integrating claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to support brand, access, and medical strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including commercial, market access, and field operations.
• Contribute to building internal accelerators for cohort identification, line‑of‑therapy analytics, and patient journey visualization.

Requirements

• 1.5–2.5 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or lifecycle stages.
• Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data‑driven narratives.
• Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights.
• Comfort working with global teams and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
