Job summary

ProcDNA in Gurgaon/Pune, India, seeks an Associate Engagement Lead to drive patient-level analytics, map patient journeys and shape outcomes in pharma.

You will integrate claims, EMR and specialty data, lead client discussions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience and strong communication to present clear narratives to global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4.5 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages
• Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data driven narrative
• Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights
• Comfort working with global teams and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment
