The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree and 12+ years in L&D, with strong cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with leading IT or consulting organizations.
• Experience supporting learning programs and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Professional services experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English required.

Role Overview

The Manager Learning will support the design and execution of learning and development initiatives across India. This role will work closely with stakeholders across HR, business teams, and the Talent Development Center of Excellence to deliver impactful learning programs aligned with organizational priorities.

This individual will contribute to identifying learning needs, supporting program delivery, and ensuring effective execution of talent development initiatives.
