Job summary

SAM Consultants is hiring for an inbound US Customer Support role based in Noida. You will handle inbound calls from US customers and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.

This position requires excellent English communication and willingness to work night shifts (US timezone). Working days Monday to Friday with weekends off in Sector 65, Noida.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a US night shift.
• Experience in inbound customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with queries and provide solutions over the phone.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM as needed.
