Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate SAP Consultant with deep experience in Employee Central time tracking and SAP CPI integrations. You will lead multi-country deployments, analyze requirements, design workshops, and drive implementation across SF and SAP ecosystems.

You will collaborate with advisory teams to optimise processes, ensure regional compliance, and deliver training and support for seamless utilisation of SAP applications. PwC offers mentorship and a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have led Employee Central time tracking for large multi-country implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central fundamentals: Foundation, Position Management, Master Data, Life Cycle Events, Time Off, Benefits.
• Experience with platform-level integration of Employee Central with other SAP modules and S4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Must have led design workshops for customers independently.
• Understand leading practices and industry best practices.
• Consider regional laws when implementing Time Off for a location.
• Understand end-to-end employee lifecycle on SAP/SuccessFactors platform.
• Knowledge of data migration approaches for Employee Central.

Job Description & Summary:

As Senior Associate you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer


• Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.


• Create an absence time type and a time account type.


• Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees


• Must have independently led the design workshops for customer


• Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices


• Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central.


• Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location


• Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform


• Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rdParty Payroll and other systems


• Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
