Job summary

PwC in India is seeking a Senior Manager for Advisory Managed Services with a focus on SAP HCM. You will lead consulting across SAP HCM modules, design and configure processes, and mentor teams.

The role requires 14+ years of experience, degrees in BE/MBA/MCA/MTECH/CA, and strong payroll knowledge. This position is based in Gurgaon and offers opportunity to work with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in SAP HCM and HR processes.
• Bachelor of Engineering or higher with business/admin qualifications.
• Experience with SAP HCM modules and payroll in localized regions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, and Performance Management.
• Customize SAP HCM processes to support HR business processes.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
• Provide documentation including design specs, functional specs, and user manuals.
• Support data migration and integration activities related to SAP HCM.
• Stay updated with SAP HCM industry best practices and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with technical teams for development and integration.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies related to HR processes.
