Job summary

PwC is seeking an SAP MDG Technical Consultant to design, build and maintain master data governance solutions across Material, Customer, Vendor and Finance domains. You will extend data models, implement UI customisation and governance workflows, and manage data replication to connected SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role requires ABAP development, MDG data models, BRF+ rules and SAP Fiori/UI5 experience, with 4–8 years of experience.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP MDG data models, extensions, BRF+ and workflows.
Experience integrating MDG with SAP S/4HANA, ECC or non-SAP systems.
Knowledge of ABAP development and data migration tooling.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain master data governance solutions across domains.
Extend and customize MDG data models and relationships in ABAP Dictionary.
Configure UI using Floorplan Manager, Web Dynpro and SAP Fiori/UI5.
Implement governance workflows and BRF+ rules with validations.
Manage data replication and distribution via DRF, ALE and IDocs.

An SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Technical Consultant designs, builds, and maintains master data governance solutions across domains like Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance.

Responsibilities

Data Modeling & Customization: Extend and enhance standard MDG data models, entities, attributes, and relationships in the ABAP Data Dictionary.
UI Configuration: Customize user interfaces using Floorplan Manager (FPM), Web Dynpro, and SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
Workflows & Business Rules: Configure governance workflows and implement custom validations and derivations using BRF+ (Business Rule Framework plus).
Data Replication & Integration: Manage data replication and distribution via Data Replication Framework (DRF), ALE, and IDocs/AIF to connected SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or non-SAP systems.
Data Migration: Build and support mass data load programs, data migration tools, and initial data conversions.
