Who We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
• Solid grounding in statisticalmodeling, machine learning, and complex problem-solving techniques.
• Proven experience handling large, high-dimensional datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights.
• Expertise with modern ML methods, including:
• Transformers (e.g., NLP and representation learning)
• Deep learning frameworks and architectures
• Graph-based machine learning (such as Graph Neural Networks)
• Familiarity with causal inference and decision-focusedmodelingis a plus.
• Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and pursuing impactful outcomes independently.

• Prior experience or domain knowledge in healthcare, particularly healthcare revenue cycle, is preferred.
