Who We Are Looking For

Mandatory skill sets

3+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
Solid grounding in statistical modeling, machine learning, and complex problem-solving techniques.
Proven experience handling large, high-dimensional datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights.
Expertise with modern ML methods, including:
Transformers (e.g., NLP and representation learning)
Deep learning frameworks and architectures
Graph-based machine learning (such as Graph Neural Networks)
Familiarity with causal inference and decision-focused modeling is a plus.
Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and pursuing impactful outcomes independently.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders.
Experience deploying models into production environments.
Prior experience or domain knowledge in healthcare, particularly healthcare revenue cycle, is preferred.
